Within a collective design studio and workshop, Giel Dedeurwaerder & Brent Neve join forces, combining their research, experiments and constructions with a focus on the purity of materials and form. In their creations, finding a balance between utility, purity of form and functionality is essential, whether designing objects, products, lighting or furniture.
The work developed within this research platform reflects their shared interest in history and evolution. They draw inspiration from Russian avant-garde artists, Japanese philosophy and Danish ideology.
Through their designs, they explore natural elements, experimenting with different techniques, proportions and functionalities. This approach results in collections for various companies, including Serax, Deknudt Mirrors, Vincent Sheppard and Bastalpe, as well as original designs developed and custom-made for specific projects.
